There was an exceptionally comfortable bed that I truly enjoyed in the a double room. There was a tub, a plus for me. The location was unbeatable and fantastic, very close to playa del carmen, the boulevard and beach. Centro district was worth visiting.

Had REALLY ENJOYABLE stay for 3 nights. The location was marvellous and favourable as for me, not far from the beach and the center of playa del carmen and shops, restaurants and bars. It also was very close to nightlife.

We loved our stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city center. The best aspects were the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace overlooking the pool, the friendly and accommodating staff who spoke English, and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. Additionally, the location was very close to nightlife and shopping, making it the perfect place to stay in this lively city.

The location was surprisingly central, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel provided earplugs to combat any noise. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety and delicious coffee. The pool area was a great place to relax. The rooftop bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

A small fridge in the room would have been a nice addition. When checking in, the door was not held open for us and no water was provided for brushing our teeth.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel! The rooftop pool area was definitely the best aspect of our stay. The breathtaking views and the relaxing atmosphere provided us with an extraordinary experience. The staff was wonderful, always helpful and very attentive, which made us feel at home away from home. The location of the hotel allowed us to enjoy our vacation in the heart of the city, with everything we wanted to do just a short walk away.

Although the room was nice and comfortable, there was a plant box on the patio that might have been a bit smaller, just like the online photos showed. , there was some noise from the outside especially at night, which may not be the best for light sleepers.
